Telephone orders are accepted although if you pay by credit card, that order will have to go through PayPal. We can make arrangements through the website for that. You can telephone your special order at (912) 816-6101, email our customer service through our contact us on the website, or simply place your order online.

Since part of our business is custom, special orders are accepted. Please allow some time if special order products are needed. We will do everything in our power to get your special products as soon as possible. We will also notify you with the approximate time of delivery or shipment.

These gifts are referred to as shipped gifts.
We have a variety of shipping methods ranging from Standard Ground Delivery to Standard Overnight Delivery. Our gifts are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Shipping amount is based on weight and territory rate shipping and will be calculated prior to your payment processing. You will have the option of standard ground delivery up to overnight for each of our shipping options.

We offer next day shipping Monday through Friday on our drop-shipped baskets if ordered by 1:00pm EST. During holidays, cutoff times are extended. Be sure to order early to make sure that your order will be available especially around Christmas. Once out of stock, some products will not be available. You will be notified within a short period of time if this happens so that you can make another choice. You can also call to check availability before you place your order when we are close to the actual holiday.

Note that most of our products cannot be “bundled” for shipping.

The physical street address of the recipient’s home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable. A telephone number for the recipient is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. This is for all deliveries, whether for hand delivery of balloons, gifts, or for shipment through our carriers.

Returns:
We want you, the customer, to be fully satisfied. We understand, however, that returns may happen. The following is the criteria for any returns to Cougar Creations.

All shipping costs to and from the customer address are billed to the customer.

Please contact us through the website or mail your request along with your reason to: PO box 1724, Waycross, GA 31502. We will contact you with a return authorization number so that we make sure that you will have the correct credit applied to your account. Please put the RA# (return authorization number) on the outside of the box and return to:

Waycross, GA 31503.
We will credit your account, or refund your money due through check once the gift has been accepted at our workshop.
